Created to address increased traffic congestion in the downtown area, the Luling Transportation Study assesses current and future transportation needs within Luling, and has developed near and long-term options for transportation improvement. These options were developed using public input as well as parternship with the City of Luling, Caldwell County, TxDOT, and CAMPO.
